The acoustic reports
Three tested configurations.
Each report covers a door set as supplied: the same construction, in three arrangements. The reported values are Rw, the weighted sound reduction index, with the corresponding STC figure for projects that specify in American terminology.

Reading a rating
A rating holds only if the set is installed as tested.
Sound finds the gap. A tested door set loses its performance when the frame is not sealed to the structure, when the threshold is omitted, when the seals are cut back for the carpet, or when a closer pulls the leaf out of line. Those are site issues, not product issues, and they are why the installation detail matters as much as the report.
We supply the detail with the order: how the frame is fixed and sealed, what has to be true around the opening, and what to check before handover. If an acoustician has set a site requirement, send it and we will confirm what the assembly delivers at the door position.
Fire and certification
Fire-resistant sets.
For openings that need fire resistance, the rating is confirmed in writing for the configuration supplied, with the evidence that applies to it. Where a project requires third-party certification or an authority approval in the country of installation, that is planned at order stage and included in the quotation.
